J + K’s engagement session was nothing short of magical, blending the charm of downtown Sausalito with the serene beauty of Cavallo Point. To make it even more special, their adorable dog Storm joined in on the fun, adding a playful and heartwarming touch to the shoot.

We started in Sausalito’s downtown, capturing the festive holiday atmosphere and beautiful views of the water. After soaking up the city charm, we moved to Cavallo Point , where the natural scenery and Golden Gate Bridge Views added a romantic feel to the session. I love walking from the Cavallo Point Lodge, past the Coast Guard Station, to get a fun view of the bridge. The industrial scenery on the walk made for some fun couple portrait moments. Storm was such a superstar, posing like a model and even sneaking in a few playful moments that brought out even more genuine smiles.

Engagement sessions during the holidays have such a unique energy—filled with love, joy, and the anticipation of what’s to come.
